Roxen - an HTTP Server

*Roxen (formerly called Spinner) is an HTTP server for the World Wide Web which is distributed under the GNU General Public License (20k characters). (One has to hunt around their web site to find this out.)

You can buy a copy from them and support their work, or ftp it from *their ftp site. (Recall that Free software is a matter of freedom, not price---they can sell copies, but the program is still free software because you are free to redistribute and change your copy.)
