Bottleneck analysis

Enhancement of qping to make it possible to receive and analyse 
lock messages.

ToDo:

   - introducing message tags in commlib and qping
   - enhance the qping to filter the different tags
   - added new switch -dump_tag <tag>:
      
      - <tag>=ALL: output, all messages
      - <tag>=APP: output, application messages only (useful for bapl)
      - <tag>=MSG: output, commlib messages only
  
   - creating useful messages at useful places in code, which
     are received by qping. (eg. lock/unlock function, condition variables)

   - fetched information:
      
      - threads waiting for lock
      - thread which holds the lock
      - time to get the lock
      - time hold the lock
      - lock name

The application messages are fully flexible and can be freely created.
It should be possible to send all system information which will be
available during creation time. (eg. system time, ...)

The application messages are simple printf's, sent to qping.
